Location is convenient, close to the main road. I fondly remember summer visits here, but it's a different world now—traffic can get hectic. The front desk staff was commendable. The woman working alone was friendly and professional, despite the situation. The hotel was mostly quiet and clean, a positive aspect. cleanliness was a major issue. Rooms were not properly maintained, and I encountered bugs. Staff responsiveness was lacking. I had to deal with a malfunctioning elevator and unpleasant encounters with house staff. Towels and toiletries were inadequate. There's potential here, but serious management changes are needed.

During my stay, I found it super easy to enjoy the nearby area with many dining options and shopping spots just a short walk away, like Wasabi and Waffle House being only a few steps away, as well as the Shoppes at Bel Air Mall which is just under 2 km away, and I loved having such a wide variety of food at breakfast with lots of hot and cold options available; the staff kept everything full! I wish the cleanliness of the accommodations matched the convenience of its location.

The location is fantastic, surrounded by great restaurants. The staff is quite pleasant and the check-in process was smooth despite the chaos.

But the overall cleanliness left much to be desired.

Loved it - the place is friendly and amazing and suited me fine. The venue has convenient location close to many restaurants. Moreover, getting to the lake on foot takes 15 minutes. There's nothing too much trouble, I would stay here again.

The outdoor swimming pool was a blast, perfect for lounging and soaking up the sun! My room was cozy and super clean, making me feel right at home. And the breakfast spread? A delicious start to each day with eggs, biscuits, and more!

The hotel has a 24-hour fitness center and a nice outdoor pool. I wasn't bored to death between skiing and painting classes. Great American breakfast too!

Quite new property, clean by US standards. Good value for money, considering that breakfast was included. Friendly staff.
